What we collect

• Quote requests: state, ZIP code, monthly bill, home and roof details, your plans, name, email and (optionally) phone number.
• Installer applications: company and contact details submitted through "Get listed".
• Roof advice tool: the description and bill you enter are sent to an AI service to create your explanation and are not stored by us.
• Basic technical data: such as anonymous page visits, to keep the site working and improve it.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary storage is used, for example to keep the site owner signed in.

Why we use it

To respond to your request, match you with local installers, review installer applications and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Who sees it

Your request is stored securely and a notification with your details is emailed to our own inbox so we can follow up. Only the site owner can view submitted requests. If you request quotes and give consent, we share your request with up to 3 installers in your area. We also use trusted service providers for hosting and email, who process data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and applications only as long as needed for these purposes, and generally no longer than 24 months.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@uspowerandsolar.com. Depending on your state (for example California), you may have additional privacy rights.
